These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the Papirioapp. By downloading, accessing or using the app, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
By using Papirio you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the app on behalf of a third party, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
Papirio is an educational and entertainment app that lets you discover facts and real curiosities organized by levels, test what you've learned through quizzes, and progress through a system of ranks, gems and medals. The content is for informational and entertainmentpurposes; we make reasonable efforts for its accuracy, but we don't guarantee it's error-free.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
By submitting feedback, reports or other content through the app, you grant us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use that content in order to operate, maintain and improve the app (for example, to review and correct facts). You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to do so.
The app, its design, its code, the "Papirio" brand and the educational content (texts, facts, questions, images and iconography) are the property of the Developer or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You acquire no ownership rights over the app or its content.
The app currently doesn't offer in-app purchases. If paid features or subscriptions are offered in the future, they'll be governed by additional terms and by the app stores' policies (Apple App Store / Google Play), including their billing, renewal and refund rules.
The app may, in the future, include third-party advertising. In that case, we are not responsible for the content of ads or for the third-party sites or services they may link to.
We strive to keep the app available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the app, and update features or content, at any time and without prior notice.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, content accuracy or absence of errors. Use of the app is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, nor for loss of data, progress or profits, arising from the use or inability to use the app.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers and limitations) will remain in effect after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, without prejudice to any rights that the consumer laws of your country of residence may grant you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be the one posted with its update date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
